Appalachian Folk has excited news.  I have obtained the upcoming schedule for Thomas Freese, Kentucky Author and Storyteller.  Mr. Freese has written several books including Shaker Ghost Stories
from Pleasant Hill Kentucky; Fog Swirler and 11Other Ghost Stories;Strange and Wonderful
Things: A Collection Of Ghost Stories with Special Appearances by Witches and Other Bizarre Creatures and;  Haunted Battlefields of The South: True Tales of Civil War Ghosts in Kentucky, Tennessee and Other Locations.

Most recently he has released Ghosts, Spirits and Angels: True Tales from Kentucky and Beyond, which I had signed tonight. I have read his story on Shaker Ghosts and it was fabulous.  I cannot wait to devour the one that he signed tonight.  I encourage all of you to spend this October reading his material.  I think you will find it enchanting, haunting, and all in all a fantastic read.  I will post his books on the “books” section so you can get your own copy.

Mr. Freese was kind enough to give me a copy of his tour schedule for his fall.  I encourage you to buy his book, go to his presentation and meet him in person.  It will be well worth your time, both reading the book and attending the lecture.  I will be attending one of them myself.

On behalf of Appalachian Folk, I would like to thank Mr. Freese for his wonderful efforts to preserve the paranormal stories of Kentucky and Tennessee.
